 Vile Goods Return Policy (Custom/Handmade Items)

1. Custom-Made Policy:
All Vile Goods items are made to order, crafted individually, and often personalized. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or sizing errors.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

3. Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped, but we will help you troubleshoot and work with the carrier if an issue arises.
